Chinsay is the leading, independently-owned, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for the end-to-end administration of contracts in the multi-trillion dollar global commodities and freight markets. Founded in Stockholm, Sweden by shipping industry veteran Dag Sundén-Cullberg, Chinsay leverages his 30-plus years of experience and expertise. Since 2000, we have been on a mission to make contract management better, easier, and faster for all parties involved. 

Chinsay’s Contract Manager (CCM) and Recap Manager (RM) standardise the process of creating, validating, archiving and sharing commodity & freight contracts. We were, and remain, pioneers in designing and building software for collaborative contract management - the space we occupy has some of the world’s largest companies, dealing with highly complex problems that are largely managed with centuries old workflows. Chinsay is transforming the perception of what a contract is and how it can be used to drive value to all areas of an organisation. We are front and centre in the movement to digitalise trade documentation and facilitate digital supply chains.
