Chinsay | Technology to digitalise trade workflows
A word from the CEO

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients, partners and employees for their ongoing support and for helping us achieve so much in 2021.

At Chinsay, we have spent the past year supporting our clients and seeking to help companies navigate the challenges posed by the unexpected situations brought about by COVID, which forced everyone to adjust. Many industries have come to grips with new processes and have had a crash-course on the many inefficiencies within operations, more so the commodity and freight markets. We consider this year to have been a learning curve for all of us, and hope to emerge stronger and wiser as a whole.

To further support our industry we have developed a number of key partnerships with best-of-breed technology companies, resulting in integrations that would further simplify and benefit our clients’ work. This has helped companies push forward with their digitalisation journey, enabling businesses to take advantage of technological innovation to become more efficient and proactive.

As we continue working towards our goal of transforming the way commodity and freight industries trade, we now serve all four major markets: freight, oil, agriculture and metals. This year, we have reinforced our global presence and services, bringing our clients and our customer success team closer together to better understand the industry’s needs and build the future of the supply chain in collaboration.

Throughout the year, we supported our engineering and product teams in bringing innovation to our platform to solve the growing challenges and inefficiencies in the sector, enabling users to extract data for business intelligence, increasing the value of and bringing transparency to a company’s data. We have reinforced our objective of supporting the industry by sharing valuable insights into the contracting process and its effects on a business’s profit margins and risk management practices.

As we approach the holiday season, we would like to wish you and your families happy holidays and a better and prosperous new year!

Stay tuned for our next steps in delivering the digitalisation revolution.
