support services including installation and education
programmes for members. The technical support service is
available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Customer
Implementation - Although
the tools are web based and easily accessible with the
member’s security codes, Chinsay also provides onsite
customer training and support. Together with the customer we
set up a programme to train their users, ensuring they are
comfortable managing the new tool.
Privacy and
security

Our system is designed to meet and exceed the industry's high
performance and security standards. The Chinsay system
features an RSA secureID login system; giving members the
highest level of security. If you feel this technology is not
convenient the option of 128-bit encrypted member, login and
passwords are individually available.

The
Chinsay system is designed to work on most computer systems
with an internet bandwidth of 56K modem and higher. In order
to make the most advanced technologies and options available
in our online tools we have chosen Microsoft Internet Explorer
as the default browser platform. This enables us to provide
more flexible solutions to our customers.
