A 20 percent leap in efficiency
First of all, implementing the Recap Manager had significantly improved Koch Shipping's business capacity and efficiency, and had enabled more prompt communications worldwide.
The Recap Manager furthermore had the potential to significantly improve the processing of contract documentation in connection with claims and litigation activities.
All in all the use of the Recap manager had resulted in a 20 percent efficiency improvement in connection with contract administration and significant improvement in quality of communication for charter negotiations. As such it had quickly become an important part of Koch's day-to-day shipping activities.
