The Details Recap - Chinsay's innovation to save time and reduce risk
The Details document is a unique way to show exactly what has been amended in a fixture based on a previous fixture. It is generated together with the CP and will at all times show exactly what has been amended, nothing more - nothing less.
The Details Recap will even highlight text that was added in a previous fixture but subsequently removed, an amendment that is not visible in an ordinary charter party.
As a result, the Details document saves clients' hours of reading, while greatly increasing the chance of noticing mistakes.
Original CP form text and terms is displayed in black text. Main terms recap text linked into the CP is displayed in green text. Text amended in this fixture is displayed in blue text. Text amended in the previous fixture is displayed in red text.
