Support around the clock
Quicksupport - How the Chinsay Support team can view your screen remotely.
In order to support you the Support team might need to see your computer screen. They will then ask you to run the CHINSAY Quicksupport Module, see steps below:
1. Click on this link: Quicksupport and choose "Run".
2. A window appears (below left). Please give the ID and Password to the Chinsay support team.
3. Once connected the support team can use the Recap Manager on your screen as if they were you. You can see that they are connected by this symbol on your screen. (below right).
4. To disconnect you can at any time press the red cross at which point the support team can no longer see or access your computer in any way.
5. Any information shared while supporting you is fully confidential.
