The Recap Manager, Chinsay's software solution for online contract management, had been in operation for five years when a case study on Koch Shipping Inc. led to a breakthrough in the market. The case study proved the long-term reliability of Chinsay and its products and confirmed several benefits - including a 20 percent efficiency improvement in contract administration.
A few years later, the Recap Manager for dry bulk was launched and shortly thereafter Cargill, BHP Billiton and ArcelorMittal, together with most major broking houses, became clients. Today the Chinsay community has grown to encompass 160 client companies on six continents.
